Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Shizuku - Coffee Timer (the "App"), provided by NimbleWorks Inc. ("we" or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App offers a subscription (Premium) to unlock additional features.

• Monthly plan: ¥300/month (tax included)
• Annual plan: ¥3,000/year (tax included)

Subscriptions automatically renew. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will renew at the same price.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's Settings.

The App is a tool to assist with coffee brewing. Since brew results depend on many factors — bean type, grind size, water temperature, and more — we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to NimbleWorks Inc. Users may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

We may update these Terms as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify you within the App.
